You must be at least 18 years old to place an order. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your password secure.

3. Use of the service

You may browse and purchase for personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to copy or scrape our content, attempt to reverse-engineer our systems, break the law, or resell our products without a signed distributor agreement.

4. Product information

Because our formulas are hand-made in small batches, colour, aroma and texture may vary slightly between batches. Ingredient lists on each product page are authoritative.

5. Orders & pricing

All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include GST for orders shipped within India. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and cancel orders in case of fraud, out-of-stock inventory or manifest error — with a prompt full refund in every such case.

6. Payment

We accept UPI, major cards, net banking and other methods shown at checkout, processed through PCI-DSS certified gateways.

Our products are cosmetic and personal-care preparations. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Patch-test before use; consult a qualified practitioner if pregnant, nursing or allergic. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Uttarakhand.
