Are Vanaushadhi products 100% natural?
Yes. Every Vanaushadhi formula is made with food-grade and Ayurvedic-grade plant ingredients. We use no parabens, sulphates, silicones, synthetic fragrance, mineral oil or animal-derived ingredients.
How long does an order take to arrive?
We dispatch within 24–48 hours. Standard delivery across India takes 3–6 working days. International shipping (where available) takes 7–14 working days.
Is shipping free?
Yes, shipping is complimentary on all orders above ₹999 within India. Below that, a flat ₹79 ships your order anywhere in India.
Can I return a product?
Sealed, unused products can be returned within 7 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of opened skincare. Read the full policy on our Shipping & Returns page.
How long do the products last?
Each batch is dated. Soaps last 18 months, oils 12 months, and water-based formulas 6 months from the manufacture date when stored away from sunlight.
Are the products safe during pregnancy?
Most of our formulas are pregnancy-safe, but we recommend consulting your doctor before introducing any new skincare during pregnancy. Specifically avoid warming oils (with rosemary or eucalyptus) during the first trimester.
Do you test on animals?
Never. We are a 100% cruelty-free apothecary.
How are the ingredients sourced?
We work directly with family farms across Uttarakhand and Kerala. Most of our herbs are wild-harvested; the rest are cultivated under fair-trade agreements.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we currently ship to the US, UK, UAE, Singapore and Australia. International shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.
